What we do

Six services, in three pillars.

Deployed individually or as a single integrated programme.

We act for our client alone, wholly aligned with their interests. Our focus is the relationships, standing and reputation that come before any transaction — the ground the lawyers, banks and agencies later build on.

01

Market Entry

Establishing the access and official relationships that allow capital to enter a Gulf market, built well before any transaction.

Market Access

  • Map the ecosystem: sovereign funds, ministries, family offices, intermediaries
  • Sequence outreach so credibility is established before any commercial discussion
  • Brief attendees with the cultural and personal context for every meeting

Government Relations

  • Identify the regulatory, political and security touchpoints for the mandate
  • Build a calendar of substantive engagement rather than transactional asks
  • Coordinate with legal and policy advisers to avoid duplication

The client enters from a position of institutional credibility.

02

Strategy & Positioning

Defining who the client is and protecting how they are perceived — the narrative and risk foundations every other workstream depends on.

Strategic Positioning

  • Audit existing positioning, public footprint and known associations
  • Develop a positioning thesis tested against Gulf institutional reception
  • Equip the client and team with consistent talking points and materials

Risk Mitigation

  • Run an integrated risk review at the outset, refreshed quarterly
  • Build relationships with advisers and officials who give early sight of change
  • Prepare responses for the foreseeable, not only the unforeseeable

The client holds a clear, credible and defensible position over time.

03

Stakeholder Engagement

Building and sustaining the trust of the investors, partners, media and third parties who collectively grant a licence to operate.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Map and prioritise stakeholders by influence, alignment and sentiment
  • Design engagement to fit — convenings, briefings, one-to-one, not mass outreach
  • Track sentiment over time and adapt as relationships develop

Media & Investor Outreach

  • Set a media posture to fit the mandate: visible, semi-private or off-record
  • Cultivate a small number of credible journalists in target markets
  • Manage announcement cadence and investor communications around milestones

Each milestone lands with key audiences already aligned.

How we work

Four stages, indicative rather than fixed.

Every programme is calibrated to the client, the market and the mandate.

01

Discovery

Confidential listening. The client's objectives, existing footprint, sensitivities, and where they are already known, exposed or misunderstood. Output is an engagement brief signed off between us.

02

Mapping

The ground truth on which everything else rests. The ecosystem — sovereign funds, ministries, family offices, intermediaries. The regulatory, political and security touchpoints that bear on the mandate. An audit of the client's public positioning and known associations. A register of risks and opportunities, and a map of the stakeholders who matter and why.

Programme composition

The mapping determines what the programme actually consists of. A client facing regulatory review draws more heavily on Government Relations and Risk Mitigation. A client with an announcement ahead weights towards Strategic Positioning and Media & Investor Outreach. A client entering cold begins with Market Access. Services are drawn in, and stood down, as the mandate requires. Not every engagement uses all six.

03

Engagement

Execution across whichever services the programme calls for — introductions, briefings, convenings, official engagement, communications. Each move sequenced to build standing rather than chase an immediate outcome.

04

Review

The client's standing assessed against the register. Risk review refreshed. Relationships and sentiment tracked. The programme adjusted, and its composition revisited. Senior counsel throughout, not episodic.

Senior delivery only. No team rotations, no junior staff fronting client relationships, no work product unseen by a partner.

Representative work

Anonymised, and specific.

A mainland-listed industrial group entering the UAE. An eighteen-month positioning and government relations programme ahead of a joint venture announcement.

A sovereign-backed entertainment and technology investor deploying a multi-billion-dollar mandate. An international positioning and stakeholder-engagement programme across publishers, regulators and media in the US, Europe and Asia, including a C-suite visit programme.

A senior Chinese industrial delegation assessing Gulf opportunities. A roadshow across priority Saudi partners, investors and officials, with positioning, briefings and on-the-ground coordination throughout.
